Scheme Background and R&D Significance

Fish lamps are fish-collecting lamps used in wide-area surface fishing operations. They are generally installed and applied to the side of the fishing boats. Energy saving and emission reduction, increasing the output of the fishing boat and improving the economic efficiency of fishing have always been the problems that the government and fishermen urgently needs to solve. The application, improvement and perfection of light trapping technology are the focuses of attention. At the same time, in the light trapping system, the technical level of the ballast supporting fish metal halide bulbs is a key factor affecting energy saving and increasing fishing output.

Traditional inductive ballasts generally have the disadvantages such as large size and weight, and high power consumption. And this kind of ballasts also results in the light output of fish metal halide bulbs to have poor light color stability (large dispersion of color temperature and large drift of color temperature), and the output light to have defects such as stroboscopic phenomenon.The current conventional electronic ballasts have advantages such as small size, light weight, no stroboscopic output light, high power factor, stable maintenance of the fish metal halide lamp color, and can effectively solve the problems caused by the inductive ballasts. However, in the process of using, the electronic ballasts still have the following disadvantages: 1. Large number of cables between ballasts and metal halide lamps; 2. The heat generated during use is large; 3. Relatively large room area is occupied when placing.

In order to solve the problems above, our company has proposed a new fish lamp distributed power supply system solution.

Solution Composition

The newly developed 12kw fish lamp distributed power supply system is a fish lamp distributed power supply solution. It is different from the traditional electronic ballast power supply solution. The structure of electronic ballast is divided into AC/DC high voltage part and inverter part, the two parts are connected by high-voltage cables.

In the above fish lamp system, AC/DC high-voltage part adopts high power supply modules which are placed centrally on a cabinet and the cabinet is fixed in the power supply cabin, greatly reducing the occupied area of the power supply cabin.

The inverter part is composed of hexagonal ballasts and metal halide lamps. This part innovatively integrates electronic ballasts and metal halide lamps, and installs them outdoors (on the steel wire of the ship's side), and solves the heat dissipation problem during the use of ballasts.
