In view of the increasing national investment in science and technology innovation and the increasingly strict management of science and technology projects, the role of technology innovation in the development of enterprises has become more and more prominent. In order to strengthen the staff's awareness of scientific research and standardize the management of R&D activities of the company's science and technology projects, Zhejiang JEC Electronic Co.,Ltd held a special training on "Management of Science and Technology Project R&D activities" on April 24, 2019.

        External experts were invited to give lectures in this training,R&D technicians, financial personnel and R&D management personnel from the subsidiaries of Zhejiang JEC information technology Co.,Ltd, Zhejiang JEC New Energy technology Co.,Ltd, CETC Maritime Electronics Research institute Co.,Ltd，Zhejiang Jelan Maritime Electronic Co.,Ltd and other external technology enterprises participated.

        The training mainly focuses on R&D process management, intellectual property mining and identification of scientific and technological achievements.Through the sharing and analysis of practical cases, various problems encountered in scientific research activities were sorted out on the spot,people actively interacted and inspired many new ideas.

Through this training, we further clarified the importance of standardized R&D process management to improve the management level of scientific and technological innovation activities and the output quality of scientific and technological achievements, as well as the importance of intellectual property mining and scientific and technological achievements appraisal in scientific and technological innovation activities.
