High-voltage brick power module is a single-output DC / DC converter with extremely high stability and extremely low ripple voltage. The module uses a "filling" process and is in miniaturized encapsulation. Product Features

Traditional high-power density module power circuit topologies mostly use converter structures such as forward, half-bridge, and full-bridge, but they cannot realize real soft switching, which causes serious losses under high-frequency and high-voltage operating conditions, thus limiting the furthur improvement of switching frequency and power density;

This product proposes a high-frequency transformer primary side series LLC + output terminal interleaving Buck cascade DC converter in the design scheme;

The front-stage LLC of the cascade DC converter works in fixed frequency and open-loop mode to achieve electrical isolation and voltage reduction;

The back-stage interleaving Buck circuit uses the same duty cycle and closed-loop working mode to achieve output voltage regulation and natural current sharing and balanced transmission power of transformer;

In addition, the synchronous rectification drive circuit of the variable frequency LLC is more complicated, and the fixed frequency control mode of the LLC makes the secondary side synchronous rectification easy to realize, which can further improve the efficiency;

It mainly focuses on standardized products and single product batches, and also supports customization.
